Flynn - A Dog Breeder’s Dream

Flynn was born on March 12th, 2012. His sire is GCH CH Glenleigh Gangs N’ Roses, aka Governor, who is a multiple Best in Show Winner. His dam is GCH. CH Belle Creek’s Razzle Dazzle, Roxie, who was the top winning female Bichon Frise in the United States in 2011. Roxie was named after the character Roxie Hart from the Broadway Musical Chicago. Flynn was named after the character Billy Flynn from the same musical. Billy Sings the song “ALL I CARE ABOUT” in the first act.

Flynn finished his AKC championship very quickly and then spent the first two years of his specials career with Ellen Akers Perry. Flynn won two all-breed Best in Shows and was the top Bichon Frise in the country in 2015.

At the end of 2015, Flynn began being shown by Bill and Taffe McFadden. The rest is history, culminating in Flynn winning Best in Show at the 2018 Westminster Kennel Club show under esteemed judge Betty Ann Stenmark. Flynn retired after this big win and came home to us after a year of media appearances. Flynn is enjoying retirement as a pet and stud dog. His kids and grandkids have gone on to very successful careers.
